昨日は「淡路島の春を味わう会」というイベントを開きました。
淡路島のゲストハウス内に併設されている「しょくのわ」さんが
淡路島で採れたものを使っておつまみを作ってくれました。
大根もちやタケノコのあげたん、イノブタの燻製など盛りだくさんの5品と白ワインで
イベント開始です！
おかげさまで、参加者の皆さんに大いに楽しんでもらえました。
An event to enjoy Spring of Awaji-island took place
at our shop yesterday.
Five kinds of appetizer were served.
All of them were made from vegetables and meats made in Awaji-island
by the owner of the restaurant named Shokunowa.
The restaurant, Shokunowa, is located in a guesthouse on the island.
It is glad that all the attendants enjoyed the food and white wine!
