先日、三宅木工房さんの自宅兼仕事場にお邪魔してきました。
古民家をリフォームしたお宅は玄関が土間になっていて
お邪魔するたびに「トトロ」を思い出します^^
そして、入荷した作品たちです。
お盆と丸皿、茶さじにマドラー、ヘラ、そしてお箸です。
マドラーがウォルナットで茶さじとお箸がサクラ、それ以外はナラでできています。
お盆と丸皿にはノミの跡があります。
これだけの形にするのに一体どれだけの時間がかかるのか見当もつきません。
We visited the home and studio of Miyake Woodencraft Studio last week.
Their house is an Japanese style.
Its rentrance is "Doma", an earth floor, and it reminds us the world of "Totoro".
Now, the items in the second picture are new items at our shop.
The stir stick is made of walnut, the tea spoon and the chopsticks are made of cherry tree,
and the other ones are made of oak.
We always wonder how long it take to make them by hand-made !
