今回の作品は豆皿です。
「漆は扱いが難しい」とよく聞きます。
私自身も使い始めるまでは、そう思っていました。
そこで漆器の入門として豆皿をお勧めします。
漆器は食洗器が使えませんが、豆皿だとささっと洗って拭いておけます。
キャベツとスモークチキンのコールスローです。
ざく切りにしたキャベツを塩で揉んで、コンビニで売っているスモークチキンを切って混ぜただけです。
お漬物はもちろん、チョコやクッキーをちょっと入れるといい感じですよ。
ぜひ日常で使ってみてください。

Lacquer ware isn't washed by a washing machine, however,
this small item is easy to hand wash and wipe out.
I served cabbage colesraw and smoked chicken on it.
PIckles and small sweets like chocolates and cookies will be fine !
