A small exhibition will be held from July 26 to August 1. It's title is Exhibition of Tableware for Summer Dishes. What would you eat in summer days, chilled pasta, chilled miso soup with rice and other ingredients, salad with summer vegetables, Goya Chanpuru (bitter melon stir-fried with pork, tofu and other vegetables) or ice cream? We will introduce you some coordinates for those summer dishes to make them more delicious.
On the first two days, you can enjoy one of summer sweets, Mizuyokan (sweet jellied red bean paste) with a small plate which you can choose at the shop. (For 20 persons per day. It costs 500 yen with Japanese roasted tea.)
