お店をオープンした当初から
ときどきお店でお出ししていたお茶の販売を始めました。
森井ファームさんの宇治茶100%のお茶で、
特徴は何といっても、そのピュアな味です！
右の葉月が春の新茶の一番いい部分だけで作られた、かぶせ茶です。
旨み、甘み、まろやかさが口に広がります。
左の風花は紅茶です。
茶葉をしばらくポットにいれたままにしていても不思議なほどに渋みが出ません。
こちらはティーバッグタイプもあります。
お店で主に使っているのが、この2種類のほうじ茶です。
左の太陽は茶がゆにしても美味しいんです。
「夏に冷たいお茶で茶がゆにしても美味しいですよ」と森井ファームさん。
左の琥珀は手炒り焙煎されていて、お煎茶のような甘みが感じられます。

We've started selling tea leaves, which
we sometimes serves at our shop.
These tea leaves are made by Morii Farm in Uji, Kyoto.
The most attracvive point is the pure taste!
The right one on the first picture is named Hazuki.
This is made from the highest quality of tea leaves in spring.
You can enjoy its taste of sweetness, good flavor and mellowness.
The left one is tea. This will keep its pure taste without any astringency
even after in the pot for a while.
The leaves on the second picture are Japanese roasted tea.
The left one is recommended for making porridge.
The right one is hand roasted and has sweetness like Sencha, a kind of Japanese green tea.
