14th Sakaida Kakiemon

I met a nice book about the 14 Sakaida Kakiemon.

He passed away in 2013 and this book was published in 2014.

This book was easy to read due to its simple spoken style.

It says that stone of Arita is difficult to deal with and the stone hasn't been used much

for Arita at this moment.

In the book he said "It is important not to take away too much impurities

from ingredients to make fine pieces."

This is very impressive for me.

He was a person to think and worried about the future of Arita.

This year falls the 400th anniversary of the birth of Arita.
