11月18日から始まる「阿部春弥作品展」を前に、
阿部さんの作品をご紹介します。
白磁輪花5寸皿（約15cm）です。5寸皿というのは、取り皿取しても使いやすいサイズですが、
この作品は深さもあるので、少々の汁気があっても大丈夫です！
上の写真のように、白菜を炊いたものも、
人参のきんぴらも気軽に盛り付けられます。
白磁といっても、マットな釉薬が使われているので料理を邪魔することもありません。
実際に手に持ってみると意外と軽いんですが、
この、「軽いけれど軽すぎない」というバランスがなかなか難しいところです。
Before the start of the exhibition of Haruya ABE,

This is a flower-shpaed white porcelain with 15cm diameter.
This 15cm-size is a good size for small dishes.
And this has a few centi-meter depth, so small dishes with some soup will be Ok.
In addition, this has exquisite lightness, not too light, not too heavy.
It is very difficult to create this weight balance !
