「レモンパスタ」

パスタは家でも作るし、友だちとランチをするときに食べることも多い。

でも、仕上げにレモンの皮のすりおろしがかかっていたり、

ソースがレモンクリームだったりすると、それだけで特別な感じがする。

大学生のときに、「簡単だよー」と言いながら友だちが作ってくれたレモンパスタ。

材料はシンプルで、スパゲッティ、レモン、バターに塩こしょう。

それまでは、ミートソースやペペロンチーノ、カルボナーラぐらいしか知らなかったから

「レモンパスタ」というメニューは衝撃的だった。

素材の味を生かすとはこういうことかと、妙に感心しながら食べた。

今でも無農薬レモンを見つけると、レモンパスタを食べたくなる。

Lemon pasta

I sometimes make pasta at home and go out for lunch with some of my friends.

So I can say that pasta is one of my regular menues.

But, lemon makes pasta special, especially grated lemon and lemon cream sauce!

When I was an university student, one of my friend made me "lemon pasta" .

Its recipe was simple, only spagetti, a lemon, some butter and little salt and pepper.

The word "Lemon pasta" sounded quite cool.

And the taste was also simple and I could enjoy each ingredient.

So even now, when i find an organic lemon at a supermarket, I want to eat it.
