藤塚 光男(Mitsuo FUJITSUKA)

Location of Pottery or Atelier / Activity base :
Kyoto Kameoka City

His works are mainly made from stones for porcelain of Kutani and glaze made from Isubai. They remind us of old days of Japanese. His white porcelain with a little light blue looks like Ko-Imari (old Imari) and blue-white drawings of plants and animals are good for different dishes. Small plates will be fine for pickles or small sweets, and rhombus-shaped plates have dark-brown color on its edge to highlight its outline.
