東哉 (Tosai)

店で取り扱っているお皿は、薄すぎず、厚すぎず、ほどよい重さで控えめな梅の文様も上品です。大きさは15センチほどですが、取り皿だけでなく、デザート用としても使えます。いろいろな場面で使いたくなるお皿です。

1919年 : 京都・洛東清水音羽山麓において創窯

1957年 : ミラノ・トリエンナーレ展金賞受賞

1958年 : ブリュッセル万国博覧会グランプリ金賞　等

職人さんたちによる手造り、手描き製作で現在に至る

The plates displayed at the shop are neither so thin nor so thick and they have right weight. And its pattern of plum is elegant. Its size is about 15 centimeters. Usually this size is good as a serving plate, however, it is also useful for desserts. You can enjoy its many uses.
