柏木円さんの中鉢と小丼

今日は柏木円さんの中鉢と小丼をご紹介します。
うつわや half lotusでは初登場です。
まずは白磁花弁中鉢です。
潔いほどシンプルな白磁の縁で花弁を表現することで"静かな華やかさ"が加わっています。
薬味たっぷりのそうめん、穴子丼、アボカドサラダ、どーんと盛り付けたエビチリ、ビーフンなど、
和洋中どの料理でも受け止めてくれます。

古伊万里文様小丼です。
ちょうど、ほのかに膨れている胴の部分にラインが入っているのがレトロで逆に新鮮に見えます。
縁にも呉須の青が見えますが、実は内側にも1本線が入っています。
こちらも海鮮丼や親子丼、冷やし中華、ジャージャー麺、夏野菜の盛り合わせなど使い方はいろいろです。

We'll introduce you a medium bowl and a small domburi today.
They are made by KASHIWAGI Madoka, Iga, Iga Prefecture.
This is the first time for them to be displayed at our shop.
The first one is a medium bowl of white porcelain with petal form on the edge.
This petal form makes the whole atmosphere brilliant
and it will be good for serving noodles, domburi, salad and etc.

The next one is a small domburi.
The three lines on the middle body look nostalgic and fresh at the same time.
There is blue line on the edge and actually there is also blue line inside of the bowl.
With this bowl, you can enjoy Kaisen-don (seafood bowl), Oyako-don (chicken and egg bowl),
cold noodles or assorted summer vegetables...
