20日からの企画展のあいだ、お店でご賞味いただけるお菓子は、
薬菓（ヤックヮ）という韓国の伝統菓子です。
スーパーでも売られていますが、今回ソウルで買ってきたのは
老舗として有名なお店のものです。
ガイドブックで韓国の伝統菓子を紹介しているページに掲載されている確率が高く、
いろんなガイドブックを読み漁っている身としましては、ぜひ一度食べてみたいと思っていました。
小麦粉にハチミツやスパイスを練り込んで揚げたものですが、
それほど脂っこくなく、お茶受けにはピッタリかと。
お店では、ほうじ茶と一緒にお出しします。
宇治のお茶農家の手炒り焙煎ほうじ茶で、普通のほうじ茶のような
香ばしい感じではなく、ジャスミンティーのようなすっきりした味です。
The sweet you can enjoy during the coming short exhibition is
a traditional one in Korea, named Yakgwa.
You can see it in many places such as supermarkets, however, we got it at a famous shop in Seoul.
As this shop is often introduced in many guidebooks, I've been wanted to try it.
This is made maily from flour, honey, spice like sinnamon and sesami oil.
Its taste isn't so oily that it will be good to enjoy with tea.
During the event, we will serve the sweet with Japanese roasted tea which is roasted by hands
by a tea farm in Uji, Kyoto.
This tea has flavor like Jasmine tea.
