本日の作品は、りんご釉平皿です。
ややグレーがかったシンプルな、いやシンプルすぎると言ってもいいほどですが、
この平皿は料理を盛り付けると実力を発揮してくれます！
まずは岡山名物「ばら寿司」。
そして「ブリの照り焼き」です。
平皿の大きさは直径約18cm、いわゆる六寸サイズです。
他にも三寸と四寸サイズがあります。
この平皿は収納するときも優秀ですよ^^
同じサイズであれば、きっちり重なりますし、
サイズ違いであれば、かっこよく収納できます！

This item has grayish and simle. We can say quite simple.
You may this too simple, however, it will be very useful for serving dishes!
The first dish is Bara-zushi, unrolled-sushi with various ingredients.
And the second dish is Buri-no-teriyaki, grilled yellowtail with teriyaki flavor.
Its size is about 18cm in diameter.
There are other seize, 9cm and 12cm.
This plate is very useful for storaging.
