使いやすい器の色は、やはり白だと思います。
ただ、白い器といっても真っ白なものから
乳白色のものまで色んな白色があります。
上の写真は稲村真耶さんのパン皿です。実物はすこーし青味がかった白です。
こういった色の方が真っ白よりも普段使いに向いていると思います。
同じパンを黒いお皿にのせてみました。
のせているものが同じでも雰囲気が違ってきます。
黒い器はその場を格好良く、クールに見せてくれますよ。
この黒いお皿は備前焼です。備前焼は茶色くて重たいというイメージがありますが
最近は明るい色のものや薄手のものも増えているようです。
White plates are useful for daily meals.
There are many kinds of white color, such as clear white or milky white.
The white plate was made by INAMURA Maya, Shiga Prefecutre.
It has a bluish white color which I think is better than snow white one for daily use.
The second is a black one.
It looks cool.
This black plate is Bizen pottery.
It is often said that Bizen pottery has dark color and is too heavy,
however, more and more Bizen pottery has light color and thinner recently.
