寒い季節には温かいお茶で体をホカホカにしたいですね。
今回はココチ舎さんの土瓶とマグカップを組み合わせてみました。
土瓶＆湯呑の組み合わせが一般的ですが、マグカップを合わせると
「ほうじ茶ラテもいいかな」が飲みたくなりました。
森井ファームさんのほうじ茶「太陽」はコトコト熱を加えても苦みが出ないので
ロイヤルミルクティーならぬ、ロイヤルミルクほうじ茶ティーも美味しくできます。
茶葉を入れたティーパックを土瓶に入れてお湯を注いで待っている間に
マグカップに温めた牛乳を入れ、土瓶のお茶を上から注げば、「ほうじ茶ラテ」の出来上がりです^^
Hot tea sounds nice in winter season.
This is the combination of an earthen tea pot and mug cups.
They are made by Kokochi-Ya, Tamba, Hyogo Prefecture.
The tea is hoji-cha, roatsed green tea, from Morii Farm in Kyoto, and it is suitable for boiling for some time without becoming bitter taste.
1. Put tea pack with tea leaves into the pot
2. Pour hot water in the pot
3. Put hot milk in a mug
4. Pour tea in the mug
Then you can enjoy delicious hoji-cha latte, roasted tea with milk^^
